Thank you for subscribing to Flexy (“Service”), provided by Xlabs Dijital Hizmetler Anonim Şirketi ("we," "our," "us"). We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our health and fitness service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund, in addition to your rights under applicable laws.
I. OVERVIEW
Flexy offers digital content through recurring subscriptions. Our subscription services are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Because our services involve instant digital access, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, except as outlined below or required by applicable law.
II. FREE TRIAL
Some users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. You will not be eligible for another free trial if you’ve already used one.
III. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are processed securely via Paddle. By subscribing to Flexy, you agree to Paddle's billing terms. We do not store your payment details on our servers. If you have billing-related questions, please refer to Paddle’s customer support.
IV. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges, but you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How to Cancel (iOS):
- Open your iPhone Settings
- Tap your name > Subscriptions
- Tap the Flexy subscription > Cancel Subscription
V. REFUND POLICY
- They are submitted within 48 hours of the original transaction.
- The user has not made significant use of the Service (e.g., completed more than one routine).
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@getflexy.com and include your purchase receipt and the reason for the request.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions above. Refunds, if issued, are made solely at our discretion.
VI. FRAUDULENT CHARGES & CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your account may be suspended or permanently terminated. We reserve the right to submit evidence to the payment processor demonstrating that the charge was authorized.
VII. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
